The challenge
3 Blue Dots wanted a software solution designed to automate and optimise universal workforce, HR and recruitment processes.
This multi-factorial software would need to be flexible so that it could be utilised by recruiters, employers, and job seekers. In addition, the software would need to be comprehensive to overcome the complexities and compliance issues of the various market sectors it would be operating in.
The solution
Geeks assisted 3 Blue Dots Technologies through all project stages, from analysis and design to the development, testing and ongoing maintenance of the application.
Geeks developed an innovative multi-tenant platform with Software-as-a-Service architecture to streamline the complexities in managing an extensive workforce. The application includes several advanced but simple-to-use features that allow consultants, teams and businesses to configure the application to the way they want to work.
The application incorporates end-to-end automation. The repetitive day-to-day tasks of adding jobs, registering candidates, tracking them, shortlisting them, making placements, managing timesheets, generating references, or managing compliance takes a few clicks. This is a very powerful suite of software that utilises automation to empower three different groups of users: recruiters, jobseekers, and employers.
